I figured out my own problem.
I wasn’t referencing the template correctly. In other words this line in style.css was wrong:
Template: name-of-template

It should have been:
Template: case-sensitive-directory-name.

I’m pleased to say the theme is up and running on my site and I love it!

I had deleted the fleur de lys template then re-installed. All permissions are set to 777.

I’m now getting the error that it is a broken theme and the template is missing. I have triple checked that I have all the files installed and cannot figure out why it says the template is missing.

I did figure out the image problem. I had the subfolder named images not img as required in your theme.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is the perfect theme for me and I really want to get this up on my new site.
